Candywood golf course

Our signature hole is number 16, par 4 - 327 yard dogleg left. Trees line both sides, a straightaway tee shot is required but must be correctly played 195-215 yards out on the right center of the fairway to provide a clear, unobstructed shot to a smallish green (by Candywood standards) that slopes slightly away from the golfer. A very narrow opening around the bend of the dogleg provides creative shotmaking. Trees that pinch and overhang call for a very accurate and well-struck second shot to a green that is a tricky putting surface.

Other holes of interest is the beautiful hole number 8, a 346 yard par 4 that has a tight fairway with mounds, wild prairie grass and trees then opens to an accessible green. When playing number 8 look at the beauty of the design on the green back to the tee.

Hole number 12 is an under-rated 359 yard, par 4, tree-lined on both sides with a long green for a difficult approach. This par 4 is a tough par for the length and the tight fairway but also the approach must be accurately measured to ensure a makeable put for birdie.
